A average job will take 2-3 days, but it all depends on size of job.

Large scale jobs will take more time.

Most cracks occur within 2-4 days after concrete has been laid. There are preventive measures which will minimise cracking in that period.

  • Cut sufficient contraction joints to allow for shrinkage.
  • Provide expansion joints where necessary.
  • Install cracker bars.

These are just some of preventive measures we take here at JNCC.

Depends which surface finish you have you have different options such as;

  • Hose it down frequently
  • Keep it sealed
  • Be mindful not to drop or leave any harsh chemicals that may stain the concrete
